Conspiracy Entertainment (OTCBB:CPYE) announced today it entered into a publishing agreement with skateboarding giant Blitz Distribution. Based in Huntington Beach, California, Blitz is one of the largest distributors of professional skateboards and skateboard accessories.

"Blitz has some very unique properties that we'd like to expose to the video game audience," said Sirus Ahmadi President and CEO of Conspiracy Entertainment, "in particular two films that are legendary in the skateboarding world - 'The End' and 'Destroying America,' we'll be bringing both to the PlayStation® Portable (PSP®) UMD platform."

'The End' features Tony Hawk in his first feature skate film, while 'Destroying America' is a destructive skater rampage featuring C.H.I.P.'s Eric Estrada, both films are slated for a 2006 release on UMD for PSP®.
